1. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be:

At least 18 years old
Legally capable of entering into contracts
For self-drive rentals: in possession of a valid driving license and authorized identification

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Scope of Services

Ratham provides:

AI-powered Employee Transport Management for enterprises
Self-drive vehicle rentals to individuals via our app/website

The specific terms for each offering may vary by region, client contract, or booking.

3. Rental and Transport Bookings

Booking confirmation is subject to availability and successful identity verification
Ratham reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking for operational or legal reasons
For self-drive rentals, all terms in the Vehicle Lease Agreement apply in full and must be accepted prior to vehicle handover

4. Fees and Payments

All charges are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. You agree to:

Pay all applicable usage fees, penalties, and charges
Ensure timely payments through authorized payment methods
For enterprise clients, invoicing and payment terms shall be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Self-drive bookings may be cancelled as per our cancellation policy
Refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method within [X] business days
No-shows or misuse may result in forfeiture of fees

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Tamper with, reverse engineer, or exploit our software or vehicles
Disrupt service operations, systems, or networks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for any violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and branding on our Services are the intellectual property of Ratham or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ratham is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability in any matter arising from the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate or interoperate with third-party APIs, payment processors, insurance providers, or analytics tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices or content.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
